A community-supported subscription service and a chance to meet up with other bread enthusiasts.

20 breads are currently offered on a rotating basis. 3 kinds each week: a multigrain, a white, and a specialty bread.

The bread program is for year-round customers. There is a minimum order of 2 breads each time.  You can be on an every week schedule or an every other week schedule. Pick up is currently on Fridays, between 3:00 and 5:00 in West Tisbury.

You can also try the bread by clicking on the BREAD for SALE link and ordering online. PICK Up is then on the day you chose, 3:00-5:00 at 1085 State Road, WT.  Please bring a paper or cloth bag to take your bread home in.

      Organic and local materials are used wherever possible.
      New breads will be introduced as I find new things to bake      
      Naturally leavened breads are my current frontier. 

This program is a LEARNING LABORATORY:  the bread will not always be perfect!  You are sharing in my learning process and offering feedback as I go.

    Breads are made in a kitchen where nuts are sometimes used.
